Section 501(i) of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 ( 50 U.S.C. 1861(i) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not less frequently than once each year, the Attorney General shall submit to the Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Committee on Intelligence of the Senate and the Committee on the Judiciary and the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence of the House of Representatives an annual report on all cases in which the Attorney General approved the use of information that would otherwise be prohibited under paragraph (5). .
