A qualified corpsmember under section 122 of the National and Community Service Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 12572 ) shall be eligible for appointment in the competitive service in the same manner as a Peace Corps volunteer as prescribed in Executive Order 11103 ( 22 U.S.C. 2504 note, relating to Providing for the Appointment of Former Peace Corps Volunteers to the Civilian Career Services).
