Section 103(a) of the Domestic Volunteer Service Act of 1973 ( 42 U.S.C. 4953(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (12), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (13), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and after subsection (13), by adding the following: in addressing the capacity of low-income communities to implement projects that increase resilience to shocks and stressors resulting from climate change. .
