Section 60140 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this subsection, the Secretary shall collect and maintain geospatial data capable of identifying hazardous liquid pipelines crossing inland bodies of water with a width of at least 100 feet from high-water mark to high-water mark and where the pipeline segment is within, or could affect, a high consequence area (as defined in sections 192.903 and 195.450 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations). The Secretary shall make the data set collected and maintained under paragraph
(1)available on the publicly available website of the Department of Transportation. The Secretary shall include such data set in the National Pipeline Mapping System for purposes of meeting the requirement under paragraph (2). .
