Section 60132 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection
(f)and inserting the following: Data and information submitted to the Secretary under this section may not be disclosed to the public pursuant to section 552(b)(3)(B) of title 5. . Not later than 1 year after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall issue regulations on the evaluation of the information required under paragraphs
(1)through
(4)of section 60132(a) of title 49, United States Code, with respect to gathering lines.
