Section 60138(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(1)by striking and ; in paragraph (2)(D) by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: provide to a Member of Congress, upon request from such Member, a copy of any such plan, the contents of which the Secretary may not redact but may note, as the Secretary determines appropriate— proprietary information; and security-sensitive information, including information described in section 1520.5(a) of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations. .
