There is authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029 to carry out— title II of this Act; title IV of the Toxic Substances Control Act ( 15 U.S.C. 2681 et seq.) and such other lead hazard reduction activities as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency is authorized under law to undertake, including activities under the Safe Drinking Water Act ( 42 U.S.C. 300f et seq.).
