There is authorized to be appropriated for grants under section 101 of this Act and section 1011 of the Residential Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Act of 1992 ( 42 U.S.C. 4852 ) $9,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029.
