Section 502(b)(3) of the Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976 ( 45 U.S.C. 822(b)(3) ) is amended by striking “only during the 4-year period beginning on the date of enactment of the Passenger Rail Reform and Investment Act of 2015” and inserting “until September 30, 2020”.
