An eligible entity that receives a grant under section 4 shall submit to the Secretary, at such time and in such manner as the Secretary may require, an annual report that includes— a description of the efforts of the eligible entity to increase inclusivity; information on the progress of the eligible entity with respect to the performance measures described in section 7; and the data supporting such progress.
