Section 141(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2013 ( Public Law 112–239 ; 126 Stat. 1661) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking until the date that is 30 days after the date on which the briefing under section 144(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 is provided to the congressional defense committees ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking can be returned to service and inserting is inducted into or maintained in type 1000 recallable storage .
