No later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Navy shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the plans of the Secretary to support and maintain aircraft assigned to Marine Corps air stations that are transitioning from the F–18 Hornet aircraft to the F–35 Lightning aircraft. The report under subsection
(a)shall include— the number and composition of squadrons assigned to each air station; the support and maintenance workforce, including uniformed military, civilian, and contract personnel; and the construction of aircraft and support facilities associated with the beddown of F–35 aircraft at each air station.
