The amount authorized to be appropriated by section 3101 and available as specified in the funding table in section 4701 for defense nuclear nonproliferation is hereby increased by $10,000,000, with the amount of the increase to be available to develop and prepare to implement a comprehensive, long-term monitoring and verification program for activities related to the phased denuclearization of the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea, in coordination with relevant international partners and organizations.
The amount authorized to be appropriated by this title and available as specified in the funding table in section 4701 for weapons activities for stockpile services, production support is hereby reduced by $10,000,000.
