(XI)and inserting the following: $1,267,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $1,145,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $1,145,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $1,145,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $1,145,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $1,394,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; and $1,145,000,000 for fiscal year 2026 and each succeeding fiscal year. .
