Section 503(c) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph
(A)by inserting , while considering the impacts on jobs after transportation community ; in subparagraph
(D)by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in subparagraph
(E)by striking the period and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: reducing greenhouse gas emissions and limiting the effects of climate change. ; and in paragraph (2)(A) by striking the period and inserting and findings from the materials to reduce greenhouse gas emissions program under subsection (d). .
