Section 202(a)(1) of the REAL ID Act of 2005 ( 49 U.S.C. 30301 note) is amended by striking a driver's license or identification card and inserting a physical or electronic driver's license or identification card . Section 1028(d)(7)(A) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking government issued driver's license and inserting government issued physical or electronic driver's license .
