Section 4007 of the FAST Act ( 23 U.S.C. 153 note) is amended— in paragraph
(1)by striking or at the end; in paragraph
(2)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: otherwise profile and stop motorcycle operators or motorcycle passengers using as a factor the clothing or mode of transportation of such operators or passengers. .
