Section 1519 of MAP–21 ( Public Law 112–141 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking fiscal years 2016 through 2020 and inserting fiscal years 2022 through 2025 ; and by striking $3,500,000 and inserting $4,000,000 ; by redesignating subsections
(b)and
(c)as subsections
(c)and (d), respectively; and by inserting after subsection
(a)the following: The Federal share of the cost of a project or activity carried out under subsection
(a)shall be 100 percent. .
