Section 1016 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5496 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Director shall issue an annual report to Congress containing— an analysis, in coordination with the Office of Financial Protection for Older Americans, of consumer complaints from older Americans, including a State-by-State breakdown of complaints by type of consumer financial product or service; and any legislative or regulatory recommendations the Director may have to improve consumer protections for older Americans. In this subsection, the term older Americans means individuals who have attained the age of 62 years or more. .
