Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter for seven years, the President shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives a report on progress made in providing assistance for projects under section 3 that includes— a description of the energy infrastructure projects for which the United States has provided assistance; and for each such project— a description of the role of the United States in the project, including the amount and form of any early-stage project support or late-stage project support; and an update on the progress made on the project as of the date of the report.
