Of the unobligated balances of funds remaining from— Capital and Debt Service Grants to the National Railroad Passenger Corporation accounts totaling $10,458,135.54 appropriated by the following public laws are hereby permanently rescinded: Public Law 112–10 a total of $289,234.48; Public Law 112–55 a total of $4,760,000.00; Public Law 113–76 a total of $792,502.52; Public Law 113–235 a total of $1,698,806.61; and Public Law 114–113 a total of $2,917,591.93; Railroad Safety Technology Program account totaling $613,252.29 appropriated by Public Law 111–117 is hereby permanently rescinded;
Capital Assistance to States—Intercity Passenger Rail Service account totaling $10,164,885.13 appropriated by Public Law 111–8 is hereby permanently rescinded; Rail Line Relocation and Improvement Program accounts totaling $12,650,365.14 appropriated by the following public laws are hereby permanently rescinded: Public Law 110–161 a total of $923,214.63; Public Law 111–8 a total of $5,558,233.95; Public Law 111–117 a total of $3,763,767.95; and Public Law 112–10 a total of $2,405,148.61; and Next Generation High-Speed Rail accounts totaling $3,034,848.52 appropriated by the following public laws are hereby permanently rescinded:
Public Law 104–50 a total of $610,807.00; Public Law 104–205 a total of $5,963.71; Public Law 105–66 a total of $1,218,742.47; Public Law 105–277 a total of $17,097.00; Public Law 106–69 a total of $1,005,969.00; Public Law 108–7 a total of $43,951.57; Public Law 108–199 a total of $24,263.48; and Public Law 108–447 a total of $108,054.29.
