The matter under the heading Department of Transportation—Federal Railroad Administration—Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements — in division G of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 ( Public Law 116–6 ) is amended by striking 4 years and inserting 6 years in the fourth proviso; and in division H of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 ( Public Law 116–94 ) is amended by striking 4 years and inserting 6 years in the fourth proviso.
