Section 504(a) of the Incentive Grants for Local Delinquency Prevention Programs Act of 2002 ( 42 U.S.C. 5783(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (7), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (8), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: mentoring, parent training and support, or in-home family services programs, if such programs are evidence-based or promising. .
