Section 231(a) ( 20 U.S.C. 9141(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by inserting “(including new and emerging technology)” after formats ; and by striking workforce development, and digital literacy skills and inserting workforce development, economic and business development, health information, critical thinking skills, digital literacy skills, and financial literacy and other types of literacy skills ; in paragraph (3)(B), by inserting , including those from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, after professionals ; and in paragraph (4), by inserting , tribes, after agencies .
