Section 215 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 ( 33 U.S.C. 2326c ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 and inserting the date of enactment of the ; and Water Resources Development Act of 2018 by striking shall establish, using available funds, a pilot program to accept and inserting shall, using available funds, accept ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (2), by adding and at the end; in paragraph (3), by striking ; and at the end and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (4); and by striking subsection
(f)and inserting the following: Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 , the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Environment and Public Works of the Senate and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives a report describing the results of the program under this section. .
