The Secretary shall reimburse the Port of Arlington, Gillam County, Oregon, not more than $3,200,000, for the costs incurred by the Port of Arlington for construction and other expenses for the project described in the matter under the heading under the heading Regulatory program under the heading Corps of Engineers—Civil under the heading of Department of the Army in title I of division C of the Omnibus Appropriations Act, 2009 ( Department of Defense—Civil Public Law 111–8 ; 123 Stat. 604), as authorized under that provision.
