Out of funds of the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, there is appropriated to the Historic Preservation Fund of the National Park Service $2,130,000 for fiscal year 2018, to remain available until expended, for necessary expenses relating to the consequences of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Maria, of which— $1,300,000 is for necessary expenses in Puerto Rico; and $830,000 is for necessary expenses in the Virgin Islands. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the non-Federal share of the cost of any program or activity carried out using funds provided under this section shall be zero.
