Section 555 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking not more than 20 years. and inserting not less than 7 years but not more than 20 years. ; and in subsection (b), by striking not more than 10 years. and inserting not less than 3 years but not more than 10 years. .
