Using funds appropriated under the heading under the heading Program Administration under the heading Departmental Management , and not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Education shall submit, to the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, and the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions of the Senate and the Committee on Appropriations, the Committee on Science, Space, and Technology, and the Committee on Education and the Workforce of the House of Representatives, a report on how the Department of Education is coordinating with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the National Science Foundation to promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics programs that benefit students in grades pre-kindergarten through 12.
