Notwithstanding 2 U.S.C. 4577 , amounts made available by section 101 for Legislative Branch—Senate—Salaries, Officers and Employees—Office of the Sergeant at Arms and Doorkeeper may be apportioned up to the rate for operations necessary to maintain current Senate cybersecurity capabilities.
