Section 529 of division H of Public Law 115–31 shall be applied by substituting prior to the beginning of fiscal year 2018 under section 2104(n)(2) for from the appropriation to the Fund for the first semiannual allotment period for fiscal year 2017 under section 2104(n)(2)(A)(ii) ; and section 532 of division H of Public Law 115–31 shall be applied by substituting 2,652,000,000 for 1,132,000,000 .
