The Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 (21 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) is amended— in section 703(b)(3)(E) (21 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3)(E))— in clause (i), by adding and at the end; in clause (ii), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking clause (iii); in section 704 (21 U.S.C. 1703)— in subsection (c)(3)(C)— in clause (v), by adding and at the end; in clause (vi), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking clause (vii); and in subsection (f)— by striking the first paragraph (5); and by striking the second paragraph (4); in section 706(a)(2)(A) (21 U.S.C. 1705(a)(2)(A))— by striking clause (ix); and by redesignating clauses
