Section 709 of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 (21 U.S.C. 1708) is amended— in the section heading, by striking ; youth in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking youth ; in paragraph (1), by striking young ; in paragraph (2), by striking of adults of the impact of drug abuse on young people and inserting among the population about the impact of drug abuse ; and in paragraph (3), by striking parents and other interested adults to discuss with young people and inserting interested persons to discuss ; and in subsection (b)(2)(C)(ii), by striking among youth .
