Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and not less frequently than annually thereafter, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress and publish in the Federal Register and on a publicly available Internet website of the Department of Veterans Affairs the rating assigned by the Department to each nursing home of the Department with respect to quality of care, including all internal metrics and criteria used in determining such rating.
In this section, the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Veterans’ Affairs of the House of Representatives.
