Section 5 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2014 ) is amended— in subsection (d)— in paragraph (3)(B) by striking other than and inserting including ; and in the proviso of paragraph
(5)by striking , and no portion and all that follows through expenses, ; and in subsection (k)— by striking paragraph (3); and by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (3).
