Section 487(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1094(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The institution will use a financial aid shopping sheet described in 401(a) of the Achieving Independence through Degrees Act as its sole financial award letter or include such sheet as a supplemental cover to such financial award letter. .
