Section 403(c) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5170b(c) ) is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (7); and by inserting after paragraph
(5)the following new paragraph (6): The President may make contributions to a State or local government for the purpose of reimbursing the Department of Defense for expenditures that arise from use of members of the National Guard and Reserve under section 502(f) of title 32, United States Code, to respond to a major disaster declared by the President under section 401 of this Act. .
