Not later than December 31, 2018, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on how each of the following programs will meet the requirements for resilience, mission assurance, and the nuclear command, control, and communication missions of the Department of Defense: The evolved strategic satellite program. The protected tactical service program. The protected tactical enterprise service program.
