Section 202(c) of the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013 ( Public Law 113–67 ; 127 Stat. 1177; 42 U.S.C. 1396a note), as amended by section 211 of the Protecting Access to Medicare Act of 2014 ( Public Law 113–93 ; 128 Stat. 1047; 42 U.S.C. 1396a note) and section 220 of the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 ( Public Law 114–10 ), is amended by striking 2017 and inserting 2022 . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall take effect on September 30, 2017, and shall apply with respect to claims pending, generated, or filed after such date.
