Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7) ) is amended— in paragraph (7)(A)— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking 2018 through 2025 and inserting 2020 through 2027 ; and by amending clause
(ii)to read as follows: $2,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $3,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; $5,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $6,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $7,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $8,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; and $8,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2027. ; and in paragraph (8), by striking 2025 and inserting 2027 .
