For purposes of financial assistance provided under section 408 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5174 ) to an individual or household located in a covered disaster area, subsection (h)(1) of such section shall be applied by substituting $75,000 for $25,000 .
