Section 501(c) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)— in subparagraph (C), by striking and each fiscal year thereafter, such centers shall be developed in all States and inserting and each fiscal year thereafter through fiscal year 2017, such centers shall be developed in each of the 50 States and the District of Columbia ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: With respect to fiscal year 2018 and each fiscal year thereafter, such centers shall be developed in each State (as defined for purposes of this title). ; and by striking paragraph (5).
