Section 1240B of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa–2 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2015 and inserting 2023 ; and in subsection (d)(4)(B)— in clause (i)— by striking Not more than and inserting The Secretary shall provide at least ; and by striking may be provided in advance for the purpose of and inserting in advance for all costs related to ; and in clause (ii), by striking 90-day and inserting 180-day .
