Section 501 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5191 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting reimbursable after Federal the first place it appears; and by inserting and shall enter into an agreement to reimburse the United States for all expenses incurred in providing assistance under this Act with respect to the emergency before the period at the end of the third sentence; and in subsection
(b)by striking or section 503 .
