Sec. 418. Training policies regarding racial, ethnic, and religious nondiscrimination

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller General of the United States shall submit to Congress a report describing— each air carrier’s training policy for its employees and contractors regarding racial, ethnic, and religious nondiscrimination; and how frequently an air carrier is required to train new employees and contractors because of turnover in positions that require such training. After the date the report is submitted under subsection (1), the Secretary of Transportation shall develop and disseminate to air carriers best practices nevessary to improve the training policies described in subsection (a), based on the findings of the report and in consultation with— passengers of diverse racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds; national organizations that represent impacted communities; air carrier; airport operators; and contract service providers.
