Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking paragraphs
(1)through
(5)and inserting the following: $3,330,000,000 for fiscal year 2018. $3,398,000,000 for fiscal year 2019. $3,469,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. $3,547,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. $3,624,000,000 for fiscal year 2022. $3,701,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. . Cost-beneficial construction, rehabilitation, or retrofitting programs designed to reduce Federal Aviation Administration facility operating costs. .
