Section 48103(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking section 47504(c) and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting the following: section 47504(c)— $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; and $3,350,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. . Section 47104(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
