(l)of section 205 of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( 6 U.S.C. 945 ) is amended— by striking and inserting —Not later than September 30, 2007,
(1)I n general. Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of the Border and Maritime Security Coordination Improvement Act, ; by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)through
(H)as paragraphs
(1)through (8), respectively, and by moving the margins of such paragraphs (as so redesignated) two ems to the left; and by striking paragraph (2).
