(2)of section 201(g) of the Security and Accountability for Every Port Act of 2006 ( 6 U.S.C. 941(g) ) is amended to read as follows: Not later than 270 days after the date of the enactment of this paragraph and every three years thereafter, the Secretary shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report that contains an update of the strategic plan required by subsection (a). .
