Section 332 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by inserting members of the armed forces and before civilian employees in the matter preceding paragraph (1); in subsection (b)(2)(B)— by striking employees both place it appears and inserting advisors ; and by striking employee's and inserting advisor's ; and in subsection (c)— by inserting member of the armed forces or before civilian employee of the Department of Defense in the matter preceding paragraph (1); in paragraph (1), by striking employee as an ; and in paragraph (3), by striking the employee and inserting the advisor .
Section 333(c)(4) of such title is amended by striking the Department and inserting the Department of Defense or another department or agency of the United States Government .
